PROCESSING and HANDLING usually takes 1-2 business days, SHIPPING 3-4 business days in Florida, 3-5 for the rest of the country. All orders are shipped using USPS Parcel Post & Priority mail. Rates are as follows:
- For orders under $30 = $3.99
- For orders of $30.00 – $54.99 = $5.99
- For orders of $55.00 – $74.99 = $6.99
- Free Shipping for orders over $75.00
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As part of the Los Cayos family we want to ensure you that your satisfaction is our highest priorities. We gladly accept return/exchanges on any product, except final sale items, for up to 30 days from purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Returns on orders older than 30 days can not be processed.
To initiate a return contact us at email@example.com and provide your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and the mailing address for shipping. If the return is due to an error on our end we will provide a postage paid return label for your use. Returns without an RAN will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within 3 business days after receiving them. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks for the refunds to be posted to your original payment method. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned in new and unused condition with the clothing tag still attached. *Shipping expenses are nonrefundable
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
